Cody & Leah | Fairmont Engagement Session

“What you should look for in a partner is someone who grounds your ego but lifts your spirit,

who moves you to pursue your wildest dreams but reels you back to reality when you need it,

who applauds you on the rewards of your successes but never allows you to lose sigh of the reason you started.” – Beau Taplin

Having grown up with Cody, I am super stoked for him to find such a gem!! I have loved getting to know Leah more & it was an easy answer when they asked to have their engagement photos taken in Fairmont. The long drive was made worthwhile by witnessing friends in love.

Living outside of a small town, I don’t often get local weddings; but I am elated when I do & this is one of them!! Reliving the day & eating these photos makes me beyond excited for their big day!!

My 2017 is almost fully booked & I am now booking 2018 wedding consultations. If you are interested in either, let me know – I would love to hear from you.

Warmly,

Ang

It is amazing to be loved by a person who understands you. A person who acknowledges your flaws & loves your soul. I kept hoping the weather would warm up for these two, but it didn't.... and it didn't really matter! They braved the cold like champs. I loved watching them through the lens, as I would pose them they would eventually get closer and closer, then end in a laughing burst with each other. When I say it's couples like this that make my job easy, I mean it. I've often heard & believed the saying "When you find the one, you will know." & they are such a perfect example of this. Everyone is thrilled to have Pri in their li ...

I would like to start off by saying these are NOT engagement photos (haha). This is the second time I have taken photos for Glenn & Kristen (known to us by Doc & Dong) and they have been asked numerous times if they were engaged after the first set of photos. We wanted to make it clear that they are not engaged…..yet ;) . You cannot help but feel the love they share for one and other, as well as their friends and family.     There is just something so magical about winter photos, I cannot get enough of them!      Sometimes bad roads are worth great photos! New Zealand Adventures | Life of a Travelling Photographer
"Travel is the only thing you buy that makes you richer." - Unknown AH! Where do I begin?! What an absolute whirlwind the last month and a half have been! I went to Toronto and had a fabulous week & then was off to New Zealand! Jim (...my now FIANCE`...feels so cool saying that) is originally from New Zealand, so we do travel back often. I have a few mixed emotions about returning, because it is where dad passed away, but it is such a beautiful place filled with lovely people, that it is hard not to! Jim took my friend Meg (from Ram Head Outfitters) Tahr hunting the first few days, while I did some catching up with friends. I got to spend ...
