Ruth & Derek | Banff Engagement Session

LOVE. it always protects, always trusts, always hopes, and always perseveres. love never fails. – Corinthians 13:7-8

The roads and weather were frightful, but the company was a delight. I feel like I am always repeating myself, but I am SO fortunate to have such great clients. I love how I am able to get to know people during their engagement session & I always feel like we leave as friends. Ruth and Derek were no exception. AND how beautiful is this floral crown from Willow Flower Co.?

They braved the blizzard with laughs and love….all in the name of a good photo, right?

I cannot wait for these two’s big day. Their light-hearted nature and love for one and other are so contagious.

I am now booking 2018 consultations, if you are interested, send me a message – I would love to hear from you!

Warmly,

Ang

Brad & Chelsea | Kicking Horse Mountain Wedding
"The human spirit needs places where nature has not been rearranged by the hand of man" I have known Chelsea for a few years now, and travelled a bit together. With this, I found out how adventurous her soul is and it is something I truly admire. I am so happy that she has found someone to compliment her ever-seeking personality....and even more thrilled they asked me to photograph their wedding!! It was a perfect relaxed day, with a quaint audience at hand. It gives me goosebumps just thinking back to the day! Their ceremony was intimate and emotional. Afterwards we explored the mountain tops and found some great places for photos! If you a ...

Stay With Me | McGlynn Family
When I first booked this family session, I thought nothing of it. I had taken photos for them previously, and loved it. They were a young vibrant, beautiful family. I knew Dale had been fighting cancer, and they had just welcomed a baby boy into the world. It is an honour to be asked to take photos at the best of times & I always try my best to capture my clients, but this was a bit different. Not only was it a huge undertaking, I had to go about it in a different manner. I was not trying to capture my client's best sides, in the best possible light, with an amazing background. Rather, I was capturing the raw emotion of a family losing a ...

Glenn & Kristen | Central Alberta Couple Photographer
I would like to start off by saying these are NOT engagement photos (haha). This is the second time I have taken photos for Glenn & Kristen (known to us by Doc & Dong) and they have been asked numerous times if they were engaged after the first set of photos. We wanted to make it clear that they are not engaged…..yet ;) . You cannot help but feel the love they share for one and other, as well as their friends and family.     There is just something so magical about winter photos, I cannot get enough of them!      Sometimes bad roads are worth great photos!
