Last weekend I attended We Three Workshops in Banff. It was unreal. Because I am new to photography, self taught (for the most part), and constantly comparing myself to others; I went in feeling overwhelmed and intimidated. To simply say the workshop was unreal is an understatement. Not only were we able to learn from some of, what I believe to be, the best in the business, we also got to put our new skills to work with this styled engagement the first day.
Not only are Trisha and Cody insanely photogenic, but they are so in love with one and other. Patiently waiting and holding poses for all of us to practice with.
I came home from the workshop with more than I ever could have imagined. I met some wildly talented ladies and learned an incredible amount on everything from client interaction, to shooting, to editing, marketing and more. I have attended workshops before and felt rather overwhelmed and intimidated after, but this one still has me on a high.
A huge shout out to Tricia Victoria, Katch Studios, & Sharon Litchfield – the hard work & emotion poured into We Three will forever resonate with me.
